Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment or receiving services at Nychi Nails, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


Appointments & Booking

  • A card must be kept on file to book.


Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We charge a 50% cancellation fee of services booked for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • You may reschedule your appointment without a fee before 48 hours of your scheduled time.

  • No call / no shows will not be allowed to rebook.

  • If you fail to pay the cancellation fee, you will no longer be allowed to book future appointments.


Late Policy

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.


Refusal of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


Payments
All services must be paid for in full at the time of service unless otherwise stated.


Changes to Terms
Nychi Nails reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective as of the date posted.
